The Pulse Application Release Cycle is planned and scheduled around a public release bi-monthly.
Functionality is rolled out to customer live installations after both internal and customer testing.

Upgrades are included in the software license, and we encourage customers to remain current to take advantage of new functionality and our ongoing application improvement process.
Full application support is provided to those customers who elect not to upgrade, although this is rare.
