Quotation Revision
You can now make a quotation revision from within the quotation page, whereas before you had to click the link on the quotation list page
Mobile Appointment
Appoints in the next 7 days are shown, based on the calendar day, rather than the time of day. This prevents a situation where a late appointment 7 days from now is missed if you look at the calendar early in the day.
Performance Improvements
Various pages in the Service module have been improved so as to reduce their data transmission footprint, and so improve the speed at which they open.
Security
Various security enhancements added.
This includes improved encryption and tripwires related to suspicious activity.

Attachment Availability
Attachments can now be set to appear on the client portal to all users, no users, or only the group-wide contact person.
Attachment E-mailing
You can now e-mail an attachment from a SR by clicking on the e-mail icon on the SR page, and selecting which attachments you would like to include in your e-mail.
System Search Links to Client
In the System search results, the client name is now a hyperlink, so that you can go directly to the client where the system is installed.
Service Request Outside Escalation
The original SR will warn the user that the status has changed once it is Outside Escalated.
Newly added clients on Credit Hold
The system can optionally set newly added clients to Credit hold
Copying of SR Attachments
When copying a Service Request the attachments can also be copied.
