Improved information in Outside Escalation process including:
1. Shared and partner Reference numbers displayed.
2. Visual indicator icon to show Outside Escalated Service Requests.
3. Responses on Outside Escalation partner now copied to requestor/originator system.
4. Propagation of a SLA deferred status between Outside Escalation requestor and provider.
5. Facility to allow Outside Escalation requestor to specify which site/client/branch the provider Service Request should be logged under.
6. Ability to populate all custom fields and categories from Outside Escalation requestor to provider, based on configurable matrix.
7. Outside Escalation automated responses are coloured to make it easy to see them.
