Service
The Business financial software integrates with the Service Module by enabling a service request to automatically invoice a customer when a certain type of service request is opened, or closed. When a customer calls in with a service request, the user is alerted of their account status immediately, so that customers with unpaid accounts can be channelled to the credit control department.
Service Contracts can also automatically invoice for work done, based on timesheets. Similarly, fixed-price recurrent billing contracts can be billed automatically.
Projects
Pulse Financials integrates with the Project Module by enabling Project tasks to automatically create invoices and check for customer payments in the Financial Module. This means that a project can contain a checkpoint such as ‘receive start-up deposit’, and it will wait for the money to be received before kicking off the next task, useful so that you do not deploy staff until the money is in the bank!
Inventory
Pulse Financials integrates with the Inventory software Module in two fundamental ways: Firstly, in terms of stock items that the company owns, which have to reflect on the balance sheet. The procurement, movement, depreciation, and sale of these items are automatically reflected in the business accounting software. Secondly, the equipment items that are not on the company’s books, but are being supported, or maintained, can affect the value of support contracts. This is calculated in real time; so that it’s always clear what equipment is supported.
e-Marketing
Pulse Financials integrates with the eMarketing Module, in that the customer’s outstanding balance (or even the whole statement of account) can be easily inserted in a message to the customer. This is appropriate for some types of ongoing customer relationship campaigns.
Sales
Pulse Financials integrates with the Sales Module by automatically logging new opportunities for contracts nearing expiry. This means that the sales team will contact the customer and ensure that each contract is renewed long before it expires.
Pulse Financials integrates with the Bookings Module by enabling you to invoice for sessions attended by an individual automatically.
