The fully integrated eMarketing module enables the marketing team to leverage their existing customers and prospects by sending highly targeted e-mail campaigns and identify opportunities by means of tracking what clients are interested in.

Pulse Business Software’s e-Marketing Module enables you to not only engage, but stay in contact with your prospects and customers via any media you choose.

The eMarketing module is based on a campaign approach. You decide on the message you want to send, the medium you want to use (e-mail, text message, telephone or letter), and the people who should receive it. Pulse Business Software allows you to write the message, and takes care of the distribution. Once a campaign message is sent, Pulse Business Software allows you to analyse the responses and results, allowing you to refine your messaging to get the target response you require.

Pulse Business Software’s eMarketing Module enables you to keep in touch with a large group of people, and regularly update them on your products, services, offers and news. At the same time, you can learn about their preferences and requirements from click throughs in the message, or even whether they open, delete, or unsubscribe from the message – all vital information for delivering a highly effective marketing campaign.

The email campaign system allows you to create your messages in your favourite HTML editing tool, such as DreamWeaver, Front Page, or Microsoft Word, or you can use the simple inbuilt WYSIWYG on-line editor to put together a quick message. You can save message templates and re-use them as well, saving time, for example you can create a eNewsletter or special offer, making sending these campaigns painless for your staff to do.

The eMarketing module sends the messages from your own Pulse installation which means that recipients can’t mistake your message for junk-mail, which are often sent by centralised, shared computer servers.

The eMarketing module tracks which recipients open the messages, and goes further as it records what hyperlinks they click on, and even how many times. This enables you to gauge interest in the various hyperlinks or articles you broadcast.

For example, if you have two versions of a product, you might write a newsletter describing both, with a hyperlink on each to tell the reader more about it. Using Pulse’s analytical reports, you can easily see which of the versions was most popular. More importantly, you can see which recipients read about which products, and compare that with previous things they read about or clicked on. This means that you build up a detailed profile of each individual over time, which enables you to fully meet their requirements through better targeted products or offerings.

The Pulse eMarketing Module can also be set up to automatically log a Sales Opportunity in the Sales Module when a recipient clicks on a certain link in one of your messages. Pulse would automatically allocate it to a sales-person based on product set or territory details. This allows leads to be distributed and followed up more effectively, thus increasing sales opportunities. All leads can be tracked giving you marketing success feedback, a vital indicator in the return of investment (ROI) of marketing campaigns, allowing you to spend you marketing budget effectively to produce better results.  Similarly, a service request could be created, or a project launched, depending on the message sent to the client.
