Why make it complicated? That's exactly the type of question that means that Pulse's customers remain happy. We've made a small addition to Sales Opportunities (Sales Enquiries) that means users can now create a service request directly from the Opportunity page. With one click of a button, a Job (service request) can be made that takes the necessary client information straight from the original Enquiry saving you time and reducing the possibility of mistakes. From there you can make and send quotes, schedule appointments and easily communicate with the customer.
