We've introduced Incident Schemas! If you didn't know, the use of Schemas in our software means that when enabled on any of our sites, categories on Jobs (Service Requests) appear differently depending on the type of customer. For example, if the customer is a domestic site, you may want different categories available compared to if they are a commercial customer. Of course there are other applications where this is useful, this is just one example. Schemas can be controlled via config so it's up to you how you'd like your site to be set up.
