We've introduced Incident Schemas! If you didn't know, the use of Schemas in our software means that when enabled on any of our sites, categories on Jobs (Service Requests) appear differently depending on the type of customer. For example, if the customer is a domestic site, you may want different categories available compared to if they are a commercial customer. Why make it complicated? That's exactly the type of question that means that Pulse's customers remain happy. We've made a small addition to Sales Opportunities (Sales Enquiries) that means users can now create a service request directly from the Opportunity page. With one click of a button, a Job (service request) can be made that takes the necessary client information straight from the original Enquiry saving you time and reducing the possibility of mistakes. It's all about efficiency! As part of the latest development cycle we've made it so that Projects can be created in an Excel spreadsheet and imported into Pulse. This means that instead of creating multiple Projects individually, multiple Projects can be created on one spreadsheet and easily imported directly into Pulse. This saves a great deal of time and makes things much easier. The customers that utilise the Projects Module are very happy with this update.

Its all about the money! During this development cycle, Pulse has improved many aspects of our Financials Module. Some of these include the ability to link attachments on General Ledger Journal entries, filter by Client Account on Invoices, Credit Notes, Cash receipts, and Cash Payments making usability that much better by simplifying things. We've also made changes to the Service and Sales Modules.

Umbrella Palm Development: When you open a Job (Service Request) the categories will load as read only, and can then be edited via a small edit button above them. This reduces the time it takes to load the job and allows the application to run smoother overall. As well as this, certain status updates to a job can only be applied on the mobile app. Field Service users can update their job to say when they are on site and off site, these statuses are excluded from desktop users
