Umbrella Palm Development: When you open a Job (Service Request) the categories will load as read only, and can then be edited via a small edit button above them. This reduces the time it takes to load the job and allows the application to run smoother overall. As well as this, certain status updates to a job can only be applied on the mobile app. Field Service users can update their job to say when they are on site and off site, these statuses are excluded from desktop users to reduce any miscommunication. Reducing confusion and improving client usability are of utmost importance to our team here at Pulse. These updates are configurable too, so if you'd like, they can be switched off with ease.
